The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of The Following: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Supply And Delivery Of Janitorial Supplies Php 4,507,640.00 2 Supply And Delivery Of Safety Supplies Php 1,314,500.00 3 Supply And Delivery Of Electrical Supplies Php 2,373,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 8,195,140.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Supplies For Central Office Vqs And Checkpoints Under Ib No. 2024-098. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
