Description Invitation To Bid Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-009 Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Technical And Scientific Equipment (3 Lots) 1. The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund (fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million Pesos (p 15,000,000.00) To Payments Under Contract For The Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Technical And Scientific Equipment (3 Lots) Under Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-009 For Three (3) Lots Described As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) 1 Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography (upplc) System Php 5,000,000.00 2 Multiparameter Testing Equipment For Water And Sea Water Complete With The Accessories And Documentation System Php 4,000,000.00 3 Rt-pcr With Complete Accessories And Documentation System Php 6,000,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 15,000,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
