Description Invitation To Bid Ib No. 2025-005 (b2) Supply And Delivery Of Corporate Desktop And Corporate Laptop (cf) 1. The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of The Following: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Supply And Delivery Of 100 Units Corporate Desktop Php 4,990,000.00 2 Supply And Delivery Of 120 Units Corporate Laptop Php 5,988,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 10,978,000.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Corporate Desktop And Corporate Laptop (cf) Under Ib No. 2025-005 (b2). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
