The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund (fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 2,500,000.00) To Payments Under Contract For The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Technical And Scientific Equipment For Cefa Site Davao Del Norte – Batch 2 (5 Lots) Under Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-023 For Five (5) Lots Described As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Hotplate Stirrer Php 300,000.00 2 Table Top Centrifuge Php 450,000.00 3 Incubator Php 250,000.00 4 Elisa Reader With Washer Php 1,150,000.00 5 Drying Oven Php 350,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 2,500,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
