Description Invitation To Bid Ib No. 2024-077 Construction And Establishment Of Semen Processing Center Laboratory Office, Av Room And Semen Collection Area At Nbcrdc, Nueva Ecija 1. The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Appropriations Act Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Seven Hundred Seventy-one Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-five Pesos And Sixty-three Centavos (p 5,771,875.63) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Construction And Establishment Of Semen Processing Center Laboratory Office, Av Room And Semen Collection Area At Nbcrdc, Nueva Ecija Under Ib 2024-077. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Delivery/works/services Is Required Within 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
