The Bureau Of Agricultural Research, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) No. 11975 For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-six Pesos & 94/100 (php1,295,276.94) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Janitorial Services For Da-bar Cy 2024 Under Ib No. 006-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Agricultural Research Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within July 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
