The Bureau Of Agricultural And Fisheries Engineering (bafe) Through The Cy 2024 Gaa Ra 11936 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 163,750.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Printing And Production Of Da-bafe 2023 Annual Report Under Ib No. 006-24 Details As Follows: Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bafe Now Invites Bids For The Printing And Production Of Da-bafe 2023 Annual Report. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Approved Final Soft Copy Of The Da-bafe Annual Report 2023. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
