For work within a specific range, the bidder should have three similar completed development works or structural building works aggregating to the bid value, with at least one work being 50% of the bid value. Alternatively, one similar completed development work or structural building work aggregating to 80% of the bid value, or one ongoing satisfactorily development work or structural building work experience may be considered. The experience should be in the last four years in the organized sector. The similar work means development or construction work of a similar nature as the bid being asked for. The required percentage of similar works completed includes 50% and 80% of the bid value. The amounts include 200.00 lacs and 25.00 lacs. Additionally, for different ranges of work, the bidder must have a specific qualification, such as a Graduate Civil Engineer or Diploma Civil Engineer, with a certain number of years of experience. The evidence of satisfactory execution of works that have been executed by the bidder during the last four years in organized sectors has to be produced, aggregating to 80% of the bid value.
