For bidders with work valued more than Rs. 200.00 lacs, they should have at least four years of experience in the organized sector. This experience can be demonstrated through either two similar completed works that aggregate to the bid value or one similar completed work that costs not less than 80% of the bid value. Alternatively, for building work, registered contractors with experience in constructing multi-storeyed buildings are eligible. For work valued more than Rs. 25.00 lacs and up to Rs. 200.00 lacs, bidders should also have at least four years of experience in the organized sector. This can be shown through either three similar completed works that aggregate to the bid value (with at least one work being 50% of the bid value) or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the bid value. Again, for building work, registered contractors with experience in multi-storeyed buildings are eligible. The bidder must submit a list of similar works completed, including details such as the name of the work, the amount of work done, and the completion date. If a bidder's work is behind schedule by more than 15%, or if the quality of their ongoing work is not satisfactory, they may be disqualified from the bidding process. Additionally, bidders will submit an undertaking regarding the volume of their running works, with specific limits for different categories: Rs. 500 Lac for Category-A, Rs. 200 Lac for Category-B, Rs. 50 Lac for Category-C, and Rs. 20 Lac for Category-D. Cumulative turnover over three consecutive years out of the last four will be considered, and contractors registered with BDA may be eligible for a 20% relaxation in the value of turnover.
