Description Negotiated Procurement Of Food Processing And Laboratory Equipment For Cit-fpt (g-2024-39) In View Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Bulacan State University (bulsu), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee For Goods And Services, Invites Philgeps Registered, Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers To Participate In The Negotiated Procurement Of Food Processing And Laboratory Equipment For Cit-fpt (g-2024-39) In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of The Republic Act No. 9184. The Bulacan State University (bulsu), Through The Income Fund Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (₱ 967,300.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Negotiated Procurement Of Food Processing And Laboratory Equipment For Cit-fpt (g-2024-39). Quotation/proposal/offers Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Opening Of Quotation. The Bulacan State University (bulsu) Now Invites Quotations/proposals/offers For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids On October 7, 2024, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Negotiation Will Be Conducted Through Open Negotiated Procurement Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
