Description Early Procurement Activity - Procurement Of Three (3) Passenger Vans For Bulacan State University (g-2024-53) The Bulacan State University (bulsu), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Pesos (₱ 6,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity - Procurement Of Three (3) Passenger Vans For Bulacan State University (g-2024-53). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Bulacan State University (bulsu) Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 (guidelines On The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids On October 22, 2024, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
