Description Negotiated Procurement Due To Two (2) – Failed Biddings Invitation To Bid For The Negotiated Procurement For The Procurement Of Furniture For New College Of Engineering Building (lot 2 - Customized Items) (g-2024-24) In View Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Bulacan State University, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee For Goods And Services, Invites Philgeps Registered, Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers To Participate In The Negotiated Procurement For The Procurement Of Furniture For New College Of Engineering Building (lot 2- Customized Items) (g-2024-24) In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of The Republic Act No. 9184. The Bulacan State University (bulsu), Through The Continuing Gaa Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos (₱ 1,239,940.00) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For Negotiated Procurement For The Procurement Of Furniture For New College Of Engineering Building (lot 2- Customized Items) (g-2024-24). Quotation/proposal/offers Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Opening Of Quotation. The Bulacan State University (bulsu) Now Invites Quotations/proposals/offers For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Suppliers Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Quotations/proposals/offers On July 22, 2024, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Supplier Is Contained In The Negotiated Procurement Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Negotiation Will Be Conducted Through Open Negotiated Procurement Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Negotiation Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. Suppliers May Obtain Further Information From Bulacan State University (bulsu) And Inspect The Negotiated Procurement Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From Monday To Friday (except On Holidays).
