The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years should be provided. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% of the work value, which is Rs. 2,29,12,475.00. The bidder should also have an annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 6,87,37,424.00 in the last five years. The bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities of at least 20% of the estimated cost and be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next period. The limit of subcontracting is 50% of the Initial Contract Price. The bidder should also have a minimum insurance cover for physical property, injury, and death, which is for the contract price valid till the Defect Liability Period of the Project. The bidder should provide detailed information on their prior work experience, including the value and percentage of similar works completed, to demonstrate their qualifications and experience for the contract. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering construction work, with specific details including total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years, and quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, earthworks, and other relevant details for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025. The bidder should provide information on the value of contract for each project, and the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete and earthworks. The bidder should undertake their own studies and furnish with their bid, a detailed construction planning and methodology supported with layout and necessary drawings and calculations. The bidder should have personnel with adequate experience as required, and the availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities of no less than the amount indicated. The bidder's experience and resources will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the qualifying criteria, which includes the completion of similar works. Sub-contractors’ experience and resources shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliance with the qualifying criteria, except to the extent stated.
