The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work worth 35% of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 117.44 Lac, or at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 83.89 Lac, in the last five years. The bidder should also have completed 25% of the estimated cost of major items of works of a single project executed in the last five years, which is Rs. 29.36 Lac. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 25 Crore and should be able to invest a minimum of 20% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities not less than 20% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 67.11 Lac. The bidder should provide information on their total value of Civil Engineering work performed in the last five years, with a breakdown of the cost of projects for each year, and quantities of related items of similar works executed as a prime contractor or through a nominated sub-contractor over the last five years.
