The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work worth 35% of the Tender value, i.e., Rs. 107.94 Lac, or at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 77.10 Lac, in the last five years prior to the Bid Submission deadline. The value of the experience submitted by the bidder shall be indexed as per the given escalation factors for each year. The bidder should also have completed 25% of the estimated cost of major items of civil works in a single project executed in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities not less than 20% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 61.68 Lac. The bidder should be registered in BRIDCUL for civil works in Category-II (2 to 5 Cr). The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering, with specific details to be provided in the Qualification Information section, including the total value of civil engineering work performed in the last five years, with a breakdown of the cost of projects for each year. The bidder must also provide details of similar works performed as a prime contractor over the last five years, including project name, employer, description of work, contract value, and completion period. The bidder must provide quantities of related items of similar works executed as a prime contractor or through a nominated sub-contractor over the last five years, with details on the amount of work performed and remarks. The bidder must submit a certificate from a Chartered Accountant for the total value of related engineering construction work performed in the last five years, and an audited turnover certificate for the last five financial years, with a breakup of related civil works in each financial year.
