Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value, which is Rs. 85.21 Lac, in the last five years. The bidder should also have completed 25% of the estimated cost of major items of works, such as civil work, in a single project executed in the last five years, with a value of Rs. 29.82 Lac or Rs. 68.16 Lac for liquid assets, and Rs. 85.21 Lac for similar work experience. The bidder needs to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering works, specifically as a prime contractor over the last five years, and provide details of similar works performed, including project name, employer, description of work, contract value, and dates of completion. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 170.41 Lac, in the last five years.
