The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid is determined by the bidder's ability to fulfill specific experience criteria related to the execution of "Similar Works" within the last 07 years. The criteria are as follows: i) 03 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.50 Crore. OR ii) 02 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.88 Crore. OR iii) 01 similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 3.01 Crore. To adjust for inflation, the value of executed works is enhanced at a simple rate of 7% per annum from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. The formula to calculate the current cost of similar work is: Actual value of work * (1 + 0.07 * number of years since completion). Additionally, the bidder must have an average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 1.13 Crore over the last 03 years, and a positive net worth as per the last audited financial statement. Substantial completion of running works should be at least 80% in value terms.
