The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar type of work, specifically a Project comprising Construction of Multi-storied Frame Structure Building / Integrated Complex. The bidder should have successfully completed "Similar Works" of the value during the last 07 years ending on the last date of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, not less than the followings: i. 01 (One) Similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 51.91 Cr. OR, ii. 02 (Two) Similar completed work each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 38.93 Cr. OR, iii. 03 (Three) Similar completed work each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 25.96 Cr. Each work of the financial magnitude should satisfy the criteria of similar work individually. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should provide details of “Similar type of work” executed indicating value of work in each contract with self-attested documentary evidence. A specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as more than 90% of the value of work for a project to be considered eligible. Detailed monetary values mentioned include: - Rs. 51.91 Cr as the value for one similar completed work - Rs. 38.93 Cr as the value for two similar completed works each - Rs. 25.96 Cr as the value for three similar completed works each - 7% as the simple rate of increase per annum - 90% as the percentage of the value of work for a project to be considered eligible.
