O Ensure Proper Anchoring Of Retaining Wall (if Applicable). • Investigate/provide Options For Moving The Appliance And Metal Bins For Over-side Access From Asphalt Pad. • Plan The Removal And Replacement Of Current Bin Roof Structure(s). Ensuring Proper High Of Structure For Roll Off Operations. • Raise Asphalt Pad At Retaining Wall To Fix Settlement Issues And Ensure Sufficient Drainage. • Investigate Feasibility Of Other Site Layout Options To Increase Ease Of Use And Efficiency. O Structure Heights Must Be Considered With Any Configuration Changes. O Provide Options For Minimizing Waste Leaving The Bins By Wind Or Wildlife.
