Bracknell Forest Council Is Currently Developing New Supported Living Accommodation For Adults With Care And Support Needs, Known As Bridgewell, Located In Birch Hill, Bracknell Forest, Rg12 7ha. The Service Is Expected To Commence In June 2025. The Property Provides Purpose-built Accommodation Across 2 Floors, Offering Accommodation For Up To 20 People. The Accommodation Consists Of Four Distinct, Self-contained 5-bedroom Apartments. The Property Is Set Out As A Single Two Story Building. Access To The Upper Floor Will Be By Two Sets Of Stairs And Two Lifts. Each Apartment Will Operate As A Distinct Household And Is Accessed By Its Own Front Door, Via A Central Lobby.
