The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing similar works. The completion certificate for similar works should include details such as the name of the work, agreement number, estimated cost, tendered/awarded cost, stipulated date of start, completion cost of work, and actual date of completion of work. The bidder needs to furnish certificates of work experience, which should be issued by an officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, in support of execution of similar works. For eligibility, the bidder must have completed similar works of a certain magnitude within the last 7 years. The criteria for eligibility are as follows: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 2,03,19,132/- - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 3,04,78,699/- - One similar work of value not less than Rs. 4,06,38,265/- The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. A Diploma holder with minimum 10 year relevant experience with a reputed construction company can be treated at par with Graduate Engineers for the purpose of such deployment subject to the condition that such diploma holders should not exceed 50% of requirement of degree engineers.
