The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Technical Representative with a minimum qualification of Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer in the Electrical discipline, and a minimum experience of 5 years for Graduate Engineers or 10 years for Diploma Engineers. Executive engineers retired from Government services holding a Diploma will be treated at par with Graduate Engineers. Additionally, the bidder should have definite proof of having satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified as follows: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,98,59,174/-. These similar works should have been completed in the last 7 years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. The bidder is also required to submit certificates of similar type of work experience, but the exact amount and percentage are not specified in some clauses. However, the mentioned values and percentages provide a clear requirement for similar works completed. The audited turnover of the bidder shall be minimum 30% of the estimated cost put to tender during the immediate last three financial years till the date of publication of NIT.
