Total Professional Experience: 10 years or more, with a scoring system where: - Less than 10 years: 0 points - 10-11 years: 6 points - 11-12 years: 7 points - 12-14 years: 8 points - 14-16 years: 9 points - 16-18 years: 10 points - More than 18 years: 10 points 5. Experience in Tunnel Projects: - Professional experience in handling major tunnel projects: 8 points for 12 years or more of experience - Experience in major tunnel construction/construction supervision projects: 8 points for 12 years or more of experience - Experience in preparation of DPR or Feasibility report of major tunnel projects: 8 points for 12 years or more of experience 6. Experience in Similar Capacity: - Professional Experience as Tunnel Design Engineer (Structural): 8 points for 9 years or more of experience - Experience as Tunnel Design Engineer (Structural) of major tunnel construction/construction supervision projects: 8 points for 13 years or more of experience - Experience as Tunnel Design Engineer (Structural) of major tunnel for preparation of DPR projects: 8 points for 13 years or more of experience - Experience as Tunnel Design Engineer (Structural) in preparation of DPR/Feasibility report of major tunnel projects using NATM: 7 points for more than 5 projects 7. Geophysicist: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with experience in handling tunnel/mineral and oil exploration projects, carrying out AEM survey for tunneling/mineral and oil exploration, and processing, interpreting, generating Section 19 resistivity model of AEM survey's raw data for tunneling/mineral and oil exploration. - Experience in carrying out AEM survey, processing, interpreting, generating Section 19 resistivity of AEM survey's raw data for major tunnel work (Rail/Road/Metro) is required, with an area of more than 2.7 sq km. 8. Geologist: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with involvement in project preparation/DPR/Tunnel Design for at least two major tunnel projects. - The minimum cost of the project handled in a similar capacity should be 2500 Millions. 9. Senior Ventilation cum Fire Safety Expert (E&M Expert): Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 10 years of experience in tunnel projects and at least 5 years as an E&M Expert for tunnel design/construction projects. 10. Material Engineer: Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with minimum 8 years of experience on tunnel projects in design and/or construction. - Experience on highway projects (2/4/6 lane NH/SH/Expressway) of minimum aggregate length of 80 km is preferred.
