The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Total Professional Experience: - For Geophysicist: Minimum 10 years - For Geologist: Minimum 10 years - For E&M Expert: Minimum 10 years - For Material Engineer: Minimum 12 years - Relevant Experience: - For Geophysicist: - Professional Experience in handling tunnel/mineral and oil exploration projects - Experience of carrying out AEM survey for tunneling/mineral and oil exploration or any other similar work for an area of more than 2.7 sq km - Processing, Interpreting, generating 3D resistivity model of AEM survey’s raw data for tunneling/mineral and oil exploration or any other similar work for an area of more than 2.7 sq km - Experience in carrying out AEM survey, processing, interpreting, generating 3D resistivity of AEM survey’s raw data for major tunnel work (Rail/Road/Metro) - For Geologist: - Involved in project preparation/DPR/Tunnel Design for at least two major Tunnel projects - Experience in similar capacity per five years on Design/Construction/Supervision of Tunnel Projects - The minimum cost of the project handled in the similar capacity should be 2500 Millions - For E&M Expert: - 10 years in Tunnel Projects and should have worked for at least five years as an E&M Expert for Tunnel Design/Construction projects - Handled at least two tunneling projects in similar capacity - For Material Engineer: - Minimum 8 years on Tunnel projects in design and/or construction - Experience on Tunnel projects shall be preferred - Material Engineer on highway projects (2/4/6 lane NH/SH/Expressway) of minimum aggregate length of 80 km - Value and Percentage of Similar Works Completed: - For a firm applying for a package, experience of preparation of Detailed Project Report of two/four/six lane/Feasibility of Two/four/six lane projects of aggregate length equal to the indicative length of the package (i.e., 100 km if the indicative length of the package is 100 km) - Firm should have also prepared DPR for at least one project of 2/4/6 laning of minimum 40% of the indicative length of the package (i.e., 40 km if the indicative length of the package is 100 km) or Feasibility Study of two/four/six laning of minimum 60% of the indicative length of the package (i.e., 60 km if the indicative length of the package is 100 km) - Annual average turnover for the last 5 years of the firm should be equal to or more than Rs. 5.00 Crores. Additionally, the required prior work experience for other professionals includes: - Material Engineer: Minimum 12 years of total professional experience, with at least 8 years of experience in highway projects, specifically in tunnel projects in design and/or construction. - Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 12 years of total professional experience, with at least 8 years of experience in highway projects, specifically in preparation of Bill of Quantities, contract documents, and documentation for major highway projects. - Land Acquisition Expert: 15 years of total professional experience as Deputy-Tehsildar or above, with at least 10 years of experience in land acquisition for government/authority projects. - Utility Expert: Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 8 years of experience in utility estimation and relocation/erection of electric/gas/other utilities. - Team Leader cum Bridge Engineer: Minimum 12 years of total professional experience, with at least 6 years of experience in major bridge construction/development projects. - Bridge/Structural Engineer: Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience in project preparation and design of bridge projects. The experience will be evaluated based on the following values and percentages: - Average CoS (net of positive and negative) as percentage of contract price in last 5 DPRs prepared by the firm, with a maximum score of 2.5. - Delay in completion of DPR as percentage of original contract period in last 5 DPRs prepared by the firm, with a maximum score of 2.5. - Average delay in land acquisition in last 5 DPRs prepared by the firm (delay in 90% site possession wrt contract period), with a maximum score of 2.5. - Average use of new materials/waste materials/new technology used in last 5 DPRs prepared by the firm as percentage of total cost of civil works, with a maximum score of 2.5.
