The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a list of works completed, substantially completed, or ongoing in the last seven and current financial years. The format for this list includes details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, name and address of the employer/client, accepted contract amount, and actual date of completion. To prove eligibility, the bidder must submit a performance certificate from the client for the works that meet the criteria of experience. The works that prove the criteria of experience shall be highlighted. For Part-A, one Steel Truss superstructure Bridge and for Part-B, one PSC Box Girder Bridge, with a span equal to or greater than 80% of the longest span proposed in the project, should have been successfully completed or substantially completed in the last 7 years. The cost of such similar project shall be at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost. A project will be considered to be completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed works with any Govt agencies/PSU/Municipal Corporation/ local Govt bodies. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for all works, but for similar projects like Part-A and Part-B, the cost of the similar project should be at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost.
