The bidder should have a Graduate Engineer (Civil) from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of 2 years or a Diploma Engineer (Civil) from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of 4 years. The similar works can be: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work.
