The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of Eligible Projects or undertaking construction works by itself in a PPP project, with a sum total of payments received or construction works undertaken over the past 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, exceeding Rs. 16.80 Crs, referred to as the "Threshold Technical Capacity". For Normal highway projects, the bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs. 16.80 Crs over the past 5 financial years. For Standalone specialized projects, the bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs. 16.80 Crs over the past 10 financial years. The bidder should also have completed at least one similar work of Rs. 4.48 Crore (20% of Estimated Project Cost) from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The project shall be considered to be completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. Additionally, receipts of or work executed amount less than 5% of the Estimated Project Cost shall not be reckoned as receipts for Eligible Projects. The bidder should not have failed to perform works of Expressways, National Highways, ISC & EI works in the last two years. The Threshold Technical Capacity for different estimated project costs is as follows: - For Estimated Project Cost less than or equal to Rs 100 Crore: 0.75 times of EPC - For Estimated Project Cost greater than Rs 100 Crore and less than or equal to Rs 500 Crore: 1.00 times of EPC - For Estimated Project Cost greater than Rs 500 Crore: 1.00 times of EPC For Stand-alone specialized projects, the Threshold Technical Capacity is: - For Estimated Project Cost less than or equal to Rs 100 Crore: 0.75 times of EPC - For Estimated Project Cost greater than Rs 100 Crore and less than or equal to Rs 500 Crore: 1.00 times of EPC - For Estimated Project Cost greater than Rs 500 Crore and less than or equal to Rs 1000 Crore: 1.00 times of EPC - For Estimated Project Cost greater than Rs 1000 Crore: 1.00 times of estimated project cost or Rs 1000 Crore, whichever is less. Values like amount and percentage mentioned are: - Rs. 16.80 Crs as the Threshold Technical Capacity - 5 financial years as the period for considering prior work experience - 20% of the Estimated Project Cost for similar work experience - 90% completion of the value of work for considering a project as completed - 5% of the Estimated Project Cost for receipts not reckoned for Eligible Projects.
