In View Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Bohol Island State University – Main Campus Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Philgeps Registered, Technically, Financially And Legally Capable Suppliers To Participate In The Negotiated Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of It Equipment For The Cbm And Cas Office (lot 1), In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of The Republic Act No. 9184. 2. The Bisu – Main Campus Through The Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Board 2024, Applied The Sum Of Five Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-three Pesos & 50/100 Only (549,933.50) For The Aforesaid Procurement Consisting One (1) Lot. 3. The Bohol Island State University – Main Campus Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 60 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Suppliers). 4.
