The bid capacity required in the given tender can be extracted as follows: 1. Work Experience: - The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned below during the last 7 (Seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. - For this purpose, cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the Government/client but excluding those supplied free of cost. - The bidder should have experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders, with the following options: a. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project. b. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project. c. One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. 2. Financial Eligibility Criteria: - The bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 360.925 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. 3. Bidding Capacity Formula: - Bidding Capacity = {[AxNx2]-B} - Where, A = Maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids has been invited. B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which bids have been invited. 4. Estimated Cost of the Project: - The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 721.85 lakhs. 5. Bid Capacity Required: - Bid capacity required = 50% of the estimated cost of the project - Bid capacity required = Rs. 360.925 lakhs Formulas: - The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. - Time Over Run (TOR) Calculation: TOR = AT/ST, where AT = Actual Time; ST = Stipulated Time. - Performance on Works (Time Over Run) Scoring and Performance of Works (Quality) Scoring are also provided.
