The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 (Seven) years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar/civil work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The bidder should have completed similar works, but the exact percentage or amount of similar works required is not specified, apart from the requirement of 100% completion. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
