Description Installation Of Two Brand New (2) Units Submersible Pump Including Magnetic Contactor, Overload Relay, Timer Circuits And Re-piping Located At The Basement Of The Industry And Investments Building. Ii. Objective To Replace Two (2) Defective And Unrepairable Submersible Pumps For A Better Drainage Sewage Water From The Basement To The Main Sewerage System Of Makati City. Iii. Approved Budget For The Contract The Approved Budget For The Contract Is Ninety Thousand Pesos (90,000.00) Inclusive Of Vat. Iv. Scope Of Work The Contractor Shall Undertake The Following: 1. Mobilization And Demobilization Of Tools And Materials. 2. Installation Of Two (2) Units Of Brand-new Submersible Pump For Waste Water With The Following Specification: • 1horse Power • Single Phase • 220-230 Volts Electrical Supply • 60 Hertz • 2” Discharge Outlet • Open Type Non-clog 3. Installation Of Timer Circuits Switch. (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 4. Installation Of 5 Amperes Magnetic Contactor With Enclosure. (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 5. Installation Of 5 Amperes Overload Relay. (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 6. Installation Of 2 Pcs. 2” Stainless Steel Pipe With An Estimated Length Of 2.05 Meters Including Elbows. (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 7. Testing And Commissioning. 8. Cleaning Of Affected Area And Hauling Of Waste Materials. 9. Turn-over. Note: The Bidders Shall Submit The Above Scope Of Work With Indication Of Compliance With Each Item Stated Therein. Otherwise, The Bidder Shall Be Disqualified. V. Documents For Submission • Mayor’s Permit • Philgeps Registratrion • Price Quotation With The Scope Of Work Vi. Terms Of Payments Payment Shall Be Made Upon Full Completion Of The Above Scope Of Work Duly Certified And Accepted By The End User. Payment Shall Be Made Through Landbank’s Lddap-ada/bank Transfer Facility, Within Fifteen (15) Days After Submission Of Billing And User Acceptance Of The Product /service. Bank Transfer Fee Shall Be Charged Against The Creditor’s Account If Any. Vii. Warranty For The Procurement Of Goods, In Order To Assure That Manufacturing Defects Shall Be Corrected By The Supplier, A Warranty Security Shall Be Required From The Winning Bidder A Minimum Period Of Three (3) Months, In The Case Of Expendable Supplies, Or A Minimum Period Of One (1) Year, In The Case Of Non-expendable Supplies, After Acceptance By The Procuring Entity Of The Delivered Supplies. The Obligation For The Warranty Shall Be Covered By Either Retention Money In An Amount Equivalent To At Least One Percent (1%) Of Every Progress Payment, Or A Special Bank Guarantee Equivalent To At Least One Percent (1%) Of The Total Contract Price. The Said Amounts Shall Only Be Released After The Lapse Of The Warranty Period Or, In The Case Of Expendable Supplies, After Consumption Thereof: Provided, However, That The Supplies Delivered Are Free From Patent And Latent Defects And All The Conditions Imposed Under The Contract Have Been Fully Met. Viii. Liabilities The Contractor Shall Be Liable To Pay The Damages In Case Of Death Or Injuries Incurred By Officials, Employees And Guest Including Damage Or Loss Of Boi Property Due To Its Fault Or Negligence During The Performance Of Civil Works At The Industry And Investments Building Viii. Contract Duration The Project Must Be Completed Within The Period Of (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Work Shall Be Undertaken By The Contractor After Office Hours, Holidays And Weekends.
