Approved Budget Cost An Estimated Budget Not To Exceed Php99,998.00 (12% Vat Inclusive) Is Allotted For The Procurement Of Two (2) Mid-range Laptops, With Each Unit Not Exceeding The Estimated Budget Of Php49,999.00 (12% Vat Inclusive), Subject To The Usual Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations. Vi. Delivery Delivery Of Laptops Must Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Vii. Budget An Estimated Budget Not To Exceed Php99,998.00 (12% Vat Inclusive), Chargeable Against Infocomms’ 2023 Continuing Funds, Is Allotted For The Acquisition Of Mid-range Laptops To Support The Implementation Of Communication Initiatives Of Boi Infocomms Including Other Incidental Expenses, Subject To The Usual Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Disqualified At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Viii. Terms Of Payment Payment Shall Be Made Upon Completion Of Delivery And Inspection, And Upon Submission Of The Supporting Documents For Payment Processing (e.g., Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Billing Statement, Warranty Certificate If Applicable, And Other Documents Required In This Technical Specifications). Ix. Warranty And After-sales Service Requirements One (1) Year On Parts, And Labor Support. These Products Should Be Free From Defects In Workmanship And Materials. If The Product Does Not Operate As Warranted During Applicable Warranty Period, The Vendor Shall, At Its Expense, Replace The Defective Unit Within One (1) Month And Provide A Service Unit While Waiting For The Replacement.
