Service Provider Requirements: 1. Prospective Vendor Who Will Submit A Proposal With The Lowest Calculated And Responsive Offer Shall Be Selected. A Copy Of Mayor’s/business Permit And Income/business Tax Return Are Also Required To Be Submitted Along With Their Quotation/proposal. 2. Open Quotations May Be Submitted, Manually Or Through Email At The Address And Contact Numbers Found In The Request For Quotation Notice At The Philgeps Website. 3. The Prospective Vendor Must Submit Certification Coming From The Manufacturer Endorsing Them To Sell, Support, And Maintain The Products Offered. 4. The Prospective Vendor Must Also Submit A Bill Of Materials For The Offered Laptops. D. Approved Budget Cost A Total Estimated Budget Not To Exceed Php120,000.00 (12% Vat Inclusive) Is Allotted For The Procurement Of One (1) High-performance Laptop With Estimated Budget Not To Exceed Php70,000.00 (12% Vat Inclusive), And One (1) Mid-range Laptop With Estimated Budget Not To Exceed Php50,000.00 Subject To The Usual Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations. E. Delivery Delivery Of The Two Laptops Must Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order. F. Budget An Estimated Budget Not To Exceed Php120,000.00 (12% Vat Inclusive), Chargeable Against Boi Funds, Is Allotted For The Acquisition Of The Two Laptops Including Other Incidental Expenses, Subject To The Usual Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Disqualified At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. G. Terms Of Payment Payment Shall Be Made Upon Completion Of Delivery And Inspection, And Upon Submission Of The Supporting Documents For Payment Processing (e.g., Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Billing Statement, Warranty Certificate If Applicable, And Other Documents Required In This Technical Specifications). H. Warranty And After-sales Service Requirements At Least One (1) Year Warranty But Preferably Three (3) Years On Parts, Labor, And Onsite Support.
