The Iipcc Plays A Crucial Role In Coordinating With Concerned Government Agencies And Promoting Foreign Investment Activities In The Philippines. To Effectively Support Its Functions In Implementing And Monitoring Foreign Investment Policies, The Iipcc Secretariat Requires Essential Ict Equipment To Enhance Its Capacity In Facilitating Investment Promotion Efforts And Ensuring Efficient Coordination Among Stakeholders. Service Provider Requirements: 1. Prospective Vendor Who Will Submit A Proposal With The Lowest Calculated And Responsive Offer Shall Be Selected. A Copy Of Mayor’s/business Permit And Income/business Tax Return Are Also Required To Be Submitted Along With Their Quotation/proposal. 2. Open Quotations May Be Submitted, Manually Or Through Email At The Address And Contact Numbers Found In The Request For Quotation Notice At The Philgeps Website. 3. The Prospective Vendor Must Submit Certification Coming From The Manufacturer Endorsing Them To Sell, Support, And Maintain The Products Offered. 4. Approved Budget Cost A Total Estimated Budget Of Php149,700.00 (12% Vat Inclusive) Is Allotted For The Procurement Of Three (3) Mid-range Laptop With Estimated Budget Of Php 49,900.00 (12% Vat Inclusive) Subject To The Usual Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations. D. Delivery Delivery Of The Three Laptops Must Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order. E. Budget An Estimated Budget Of Php149,700.00 (12% Vat Inclusive), Chargeable Against Iipcc Funds, Is Allotted For The Acquisition Of The Three Laptops Including Other Incidental Expenses, Subject To The Usual Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Disqualified At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. F. Terms Of Payment Payment Shall Be Made Upon Completion Of Delivery And Inspection, And Upon Submission Of The Supporting Documents For Payment Processing (e.g., Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Billing Statement, Warranty Certificate If Applicable, And Other Documents Required In This Technical Specifications).
