This Initiative Aims To Facilitate Seamless Communication And Collaboration Between The New Remote Office And The Head Office While Ensuring Robust Security Measures Are In Place To Safeguard Data Transmission. Approved Budget Cost The Board Of Investments Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Forty-one Thousand (php 741,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Completion Of The Supply, Delivery, And Configuration Of Perimeter Firewall For The Interconnectivity From Remote Office To Main Office Via Site-to-site Virtual Private Network (vpn). Competitive Public Bidding Shall Be Used As Mode Of Procurement For This Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Disqualified At Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Prices Are In Php And Are Vat Inclusive. Ii. Source Of Funds The Abc Authorized For Supply, Delivery, And Configuration Of Perimeter Firewall For The Interconnectivity From Remote Office To Main Office Via Site-to-site Virtual Private Network (vpn) Shall Be Sourced From The 2024 Boi Funds. Iii. Delivery Supply, Delivery, Configuration, Testing, Testing, And Implementation Of The New Firewall For The Interconnectivity From The Remote Office To The Boi Main Office Must Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Must Provide In Hard And Soft Copies Detailed Project Documentation Of The Following: A. Three (3) Years Warranty And Firewall Definition Protection (paper License) B. User Acceptance Test Plan, C. Installation And Configuration Manual, D. Incident And Problem Escalation Procedure With A List Of Designated Technical Support Engineers, E. Sla (service Level Agreement) Iv. Payment Schedule 99% Upon Final Acceptance Of Boi Of The Project. 1% Three-year Retention V. Warranty Three (3) Years On Parts, Labor, And Onsite Support.
