Government-wide Response To Enhance Ease Of Doing Business By Streamlining And Automation Of Government Processes. It Is Proactive Measure To Expand Economic Ties With Neighboring Countries Through Bilateral And Multi-lateral Engagements. It Is Complementary The Landmark Economic Reforms By Liberalizing The Entry Of Foreign Investments Through Amendments To The Public Service Act, Foreign Investments Act And Retail Trade Liberalization Law And The Passage Of The Create Act Providing Incentives Package For Preferred Areas Of Investments. Following This Enactment, The Boi One-stop Action Center For Strategic Investments (boi-osacsi), As The Single Point Of Entry Of Projects Qualified As Strategic Investments, Crafted The Supplemental Guidelines On The Implementation Of The Green Lanes For Strategic Investment Through The Issuance Of The Implementing Rules And Regulations, Which Was Signed By The Department Secretaries Of The Eo 18 Technical Working Group (twg) On 02 August 2024. Ii. Objective 1. To Procure The Services Of A Newspaper Of General Circulation Or Periodical For The Publication Of The Eo 18 Irr For Dissemination Of Information. 2. To Provide Supplemental Guidelines For Eo 18 That Will Align The Facilitation Strategy Across All Government Agencies Towards The Seamless Realization Of Projects Endorsed As Strategic Investments. Iii. Scope Of Services The Project Includes Publication Of The Irr Of Eo 18 In A Newspaper For General Circulation. Iv. Qualification Of The Publisher 1. A Newspaper Or Periodical Has Its Principal Office In The Address Registered With The Securities And Exchange Commission Or With Department Of Trade And Industry. 2. A Newspaper Or Periodical Accredited By The Board Of Investments V. Duration The Duration Of The Publication Shall Be One Time Only. Vi. Approved Budget The Approved Budget For The Promotion Collateral Is One Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 100,000.00) Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes, Service Fees, Bank Charges, And Other Fees As May Be Incurred In The Process.
