The Council Wishes To Establish A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Mortality Services Including: Memorial Benches And Products, Inspections And Making Safe Of Memorials, Collections Of Deceased Persons, Provision Of Funerals, Monument Masonry Services, And A Funeral Director Services. The Framework Agreement Will Last For 4 Years (unless Terminated Under Agreement Provisions) For All Lots Except Lot 5, Which Will Be For Up To 8 Years. The Framework Agreement (lots 1-8) Will Be Awarded To Up To 14 Suppliers, As Follows: Lot 1 Up To 2 Providers To Ensure Complete Coverage For All The Products Included In This Lot. Lot 2 Up To 4 Providers To Ensure Complete Coverage For All The Products Included In This Lot. Lot 3 1 Provider To Ensure Contract Management Efficiency Lot 4 1 Provider To Ensure Contract Management Efficiency Lot 5 1 Provider To Ensure Contract Management Efficiency Lot 6 Up To 3 Providers, One For Each Of Lot A, B And C To Ensure Contract Management Efficiency Lot 7 1 Provider To Ensure Contract Management Efficiency Lot 8 1 Provider To Ensure Contract Management Efficiency Tenderers May Bid For One, All Or A Number Of Lots But Each Lot Will Be Evaluated And Awarded Separately As Detailed In The Invitation To Tender Document.
