There Are Parts Of The Building Which Are Severely Fire Damaged. The Works Comprise Of The Demolition, General Site Clearance, Removal Of Asbestos Containing Materials, Regrading Of Site, Accommodation Works And Fencing. The Site Must Be Well Secured By Use Of Appropriate Fencing During And At The End Of The Contract. The Contract Will Be For A Duration Of 9 Weeks Commencing, Which May Commence On The 19th April And Completed By 14 June 2024. The Contract Will Be Awarded To A Single Supplier. The Council Will Be Using Its Free To Use E-tendering System (in-tend) For The Administration Of This Procurement Process And Potential Suppliers Must Register With The System To Be Able To Express An Interest. The Maximum Time Allocated Is 20 Minutes Inside The Building. The Potential Supplier's Representatives Will Be Required To Sign In And Provide Contact Details (mobile Numbers) Whilst On Site.
