The Bicol Regional Hospital And Medical Center (brhmc), Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty Million Pesos (p220,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Of Development Of Hospital Accessibility And Greywater Conveyance Under Design And Build Scheme Under Pb 07-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Brhmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Five Hundred Seventy-five (575) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (90 Calendar Days -design Phase And 485 Calendar Days -construction Phase). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. For Detailed Evaluation Of The Proposals, A Two-step Procedure Shall Be Adopted By The Bids And Awards Committee (bac).
