Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years. - The bidder should have experience in supplying Tower Air Conditioners. - 3 years of past experience required for the same/similar service. - The bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 2. Past Performance: - The bidder's past performance is considered, with a weightage of 30%. - The bidder's past performance will be evaluated based on their experience in supplying similar products. - BQC A: Experience / Past performance/Technical Capability as mentioned above in STC. - The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through re-seller(s)} should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 3. Technical Capability: - The bidder should have the technical capability to supply Tower Air Conditioners as per the specifications mentioned in the STC. Values mentioned for these eligibility requirements are: * 30% of bid quantity * 3 Financial years * 3 years (for past experience) * 30% (weightage for past performance) Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: * MSME registration certificate * CA Certification for MSME Vendor (attached as Annexure-A) * BEE rating certificate of the offered product
