Exemption is available for Micro or Small Enterprises and Startups, subject to meeting quality and technical specifications. 2. Past Performance: The vendor should have a proven track record of supplying the mentioned products to the specified industries. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements include: * The proof of delivery should be dated within 10 years before the date of opening of the bid. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made. 2. Declaration relating to the percentage of local content, which shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 3. Udyam Registration and validation through the Udyam Registration portal for MSEs to avail purchase preference. 4. Documentary evidence to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience/Turnover Criteria, if applicable. 5. Quality Assurance Plan/Acceptance Test Protocol document as per mutually agreed design parameters. Note: Local Content Certificate issued by a statutory auditor on behalf of the procuring company and Certificate from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered accountant giving the percentage of local content are also required.
