Exemption is available for Micro or Small Enterprises and Startups, subject to meeting quality and technical specifications. 2. Past Performance: The vendor should have a proven track record of supplying the mentioned products to the specified industries. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements include: * The proof of delivery should be dated within 10 years before the date of opening of the bid. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made.
