The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or carrying out "Supply of Highly Skilled/Skilled and Semi-Skilled/Unskilled Manpower for Office Establishments/Institutions" within India during the last 7 years from the due date of submission of applications/Bid. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 54.58 Lakhs per annum. - Alternatively, two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 68.23 Lakhs per annum. - Or, one similar work costing not less than Rs. 109.16 Lakhs per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of the bid. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide a Banker's solvency certificate for a value not less than Rs. 68.23 Lakhs and an average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 81.87 Lakhs for the last 3 years.
