The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of "Supply of Highly Skilled/Skilled and Semi-Skilled/Unskilled Manpower for Office Establishments/Institutions" within India during the last 7 years from the due date of submission of applications/Bid. The bidder should have successfully completed or be carrying out similar works with the following options: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 54.58 Lakhs per annum - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 68.23 Lakhs per annum - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 109.16 Lakhs per annum The value of similar works completed should be derived by adding an inflation of 7% every year to arrive at the realistic value of work. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder needs to provide details of completed works, and works on hand will also be considered for prequalification. Copies of Work Orders/Purchase Orders and completion certificates indicating the value of work completed, issued by respective clients, should be provided. Additionally, supporting documents such as TDS/CST form/form 26AS, sales tax authorities/VAT/GST remittance, Bankers Statement, or certificate from a chartered accountant may be required for similar works from non-Government Departments.
