The required prior work experience for the bidder is in "Construction/Maintenance of Buildings". The bidder must have experience of works (includes completed / ongoing) of similar nature valuing at least 50% of the Annualised Value or estimated value whichever is less. The experience should be within the last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bid applications are invited. The experience should be for a maximum consecutive 365 days and should be within the period declared online for consideration of eligibility. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the Annualised Value or estimated value whichever is less. The bidder needs to furnish the executed value of work against each experience, and the system shall calculate the value of each qualifying experience by multiplying the value with the % share of experience and adding 7% for each completed year after the end date of experience of work till the last date of month previous to one in which the NIT has been published on e-Procurement portal. The bidder needs to submit a Work Experience Certificate issued by the employer against the experience of similar work containing all the information as sought online. The certificate should contain the executed value of work for the period as declared online.
