Work Experience Requirements
Bidders must have satisfactorily completed either three similar works valued at no less than ₹479.76 lakhs each, or two similar works valued at no less than ₹719.65 lakhs each, or one similar work valued at at least ₹959.53 lakhs. Similar work is defined as the construction of any type of RCC structure executed in India. Additionally, bidders must have completed one project involving any amount of piling work in any type of civil structure. The value of completed works will be adjusted to the current costing level using a simple annual rate of 7%, calculated from the date of completion to the tender submission deadline. Proof of payment from clients for similar work is required.

Bidders must self-declare as either a Class I or Class II local supplier, complying with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017.

Where,
A = Maximum Value of works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.
N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of Completion of work for which bids have been invited.
Technical Capacity
Bidders must detail their technical capabilities relevant to the project, organizational structure, necessary resources, time and quality consciousness, and site planning ability. A list of construction plant and equipment, including specific items like hopper mixers, truck/tippers/transit mixers, steel shuttering, tower cranes, scaffolding materials, and various other tools and machinery, must be provided. The number and type of personnel (graduate engineers, diploma-holding engineers, supervisors/foremen) must also be specified.
Technical Specification
Bidders can use any make that meets the technical specifications given in Section V and Schedule 'B'. For non-approved makes, bidders must suggest equivalent alternatives during the pre-bid stage.
