Title: Multi-party Framework Agreement For Architectural Services And Design Team Services description: Beaumont Hospital Intends To Establish A Multi-party Framework Agreement For The Provision Of General Architectural Services And, When Required, The Provision Of Architecturally-led Design Team Services. The Appointed Design Professionals Shall Undertake General And Preliminary Design Work Relating To The Construction Of New Healthcare Facilities And/or The Amendment Of Existing Healthcare Facilities Under The Control Of The Contracting Authority. Design Work May Be Required In Connection With A Range Of Construction Projects Concerning The Modification Of The Contracting Authority’s Campus, Including The Relocation Of Existing Departments And/or Directorates, The Construction Of Extensions To Certain Areas Of The Main Hospital Building And The Renovation Of Theatres, Wards And Other Live Healthcare Areas.
