The Batanes General Hospital Using A Single-year For A Duration Of One (1) Year Framework Agreement, Through The National Expenditure Program Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php174,720.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Whole Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Whole Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Batanes General Hospital Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Various Laboratory Supplies Subject To Framework Agreement (re-bid). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days After Issuance Of A Call-off. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
