Description 1. The Bases Conversion And Development Authority (bcda), Through General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos And 00/100 (php4,500,000.00), Inclusive Of Vat And All Other Applicable Government Taxes, Fees, And Charges, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Additional Cctv System And Preventive Maintenance Of The Existing Cctv System In The Athletes Village (av) At The National Government Administrative Center (ngac) In New Clark City (ncc) With Project Identification Number (id No.) Of Bg2024-279. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bcda Now Invites Bids For The Bidding Of Procurement Of Additional Cctv System And Preventive Maintenance Of The Existing Cctv System In The Athletes Village (av) At The National Government Administrative Center (ngac) In New Clark City (ncc). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act” A.
