Verify Inspection Unit 2. Check Unit Cooling Parameters 3. Inspect Mechanical Component 4. Inspect Electrical Components 5. Inspect Electronics Board And Sensors 6. Functionality Test Of Compressor 7. Functionality Test Of Fan Blower 8. Functionality Test Of Condenser Fan Motor 9. Inspect Refrigerant Piping Line 10. Check Refrigerant Charge 11. Check Power View Display And Button Functionality 12. Review Event Logs 13. Quick Assessment Of Current Pacu System Operation And Performance. 14. Checking Any Unusual Sound Or Vibration And Looking For Things Like Debris In The Area Surrounding The Pacu Unit. 15. Checking Of Pacu Firmware Version, Condenser In & Out Condenser Water Temperature & Pressure 16. Checking Of Loose Components On The Pacu. 17. Checking For Possible Refrigerant Leaks And Excessive Condensation On The Unit. 18. Checking If The Pacu Unit Is Displaying Fault Alarms. 19. Checking Of Unit Evaporator Coil, Air Filters, Fans, Electric Heaters, Condenser And The Unit Control System. 20. Need To Check & Verify If All Parts Are Still Functioning Well Or We Need To Recommend A Replacement Based On The Unit Part Life Cycle. Checking The Following, If Applicable: • Checking Of Unit Supply Temperature • Checking Of Unit Return Temperature. • Checking The Accuracy Of Lcd Display • Checking Of Refrigerant Pipe Line Insulation Condition. "• Checking Of Actual Amperage Reading Of Main Parts (compressor, Radial Fans & Axial Fans)." "• Checking Of Unit Electrical Controls & Terminal Connection (circuit Breakers & Magnetic Contactors)." "• Checking Of Control Switches If Still Working Normally (fan Speed Controller, High- & Low-pressure Switch, Solenoid, Safety Valve, Expansion Valves And Pressure Transducers). Recommend Replacement If Necessary." • Check Event Logs & Alarms. • Check Condensing Unit Temperature And System Pressure If Possible. • Checking & Verification Of Unit Main Board, Nmc Cards & Sensors Installed In The Unit. • Physical Inspection Of Internal Sub-assemblies & All Major Components. • Recommend Spare Parts Replacement If Necessary Or Other Rectification Needed. 21.
